Products do not need to be visible at the checkout area in order to be recognized. Any product that is being hidden at the checkout e.g., in a bag, backpack, jacket, pocket, etc. will trigger an alarm.

For which products does Checkshelf work?
What do I need in order to use Checkshelf?
Checkshelf integrates into your existing infrastructure. Any camera with ONVIF/RTSP capabilities is installed above each shelf of interest. In case you have appropriate cameras in place, we can use the existing infrastructure in your store and connect our AI with your existing cameras. Of course, Checkshelf is able to be integrated with Scan & Go applications.

Your store associates and shoppers will benefit from our Checkshelf AI thanks to its intuitive and simple usage, without a particular training required.
